Refund policy

At Zuria, we are committed to delivering high-quality wellness products across our baby care, body care, skin care, and other personal care categories. Due to the nature of our products, we follow a strict no-returns policy.

However, if you experience any issues with your order, we will make every effort to resolve them promptly and professionally.

No Returns Policy

Due to hygiene and safety concerns associated with personal care and wellness products, we do not accept returns once a product has been delivered.

Refunds and Replacements

We offer a full refund or replacement under the following circumstances:

  • The product received is damaged, leaking, or tampered

To be eligible for a refund or replacement:

  • You must notify us within 24 hours of receiving the product

  • Supporting photographs or videos must be shared, clearly showing the product issue, outer packaging, inner contents, and the invoice/shipping label

  • The product must remain unused and in its original condition

Requests made after 24 hours from delivery may not be eligible for consideration, as these are sensitive, perishable products.

Refund Method

If your refund request is approved:

  • The amount will be processed back to the original payment method

  • Refunds are typically reflected in your account within 7 to 10 business days, subject to standard banking procedures

Our Expiry Assurance

All products dispatched from Zuria are within their shelf life. In the unlikely event that you receive an expired product:

  • We will issue a gift voucher equivalent to 10 times the value of the affected item

Please note: If the product expiry is mentioned in MM/YY format (e.g., 01/25), it is valid until the last day of that month (e.g., 31 January 2025).

Important Terms

  • Products that are not expired and damaged cannot be exchanged or refunded under any circumstances

  • Zuria reserves the right to verify all claims and decline requests where the product has been used, tampered with, or misrepresented
